Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the procurement of equipment, services, and supplies in line with company policies.
  • Review, compare, and analyze products and services to ensure optimal selection.
  • Maintain and update supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts and resolve delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Project Management teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in managing payment plans, submitting payment applications, and ensuring on-time payments.
  • Handle returned goods and support relevant departments in resolving implementation issues.
  • Input procurement data into systems and generate regular reports.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, including assisting Shanghai site leadership.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
