We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver network infrastructure and VoIP-related projects in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Strong Cantonese communication skills are essential for stakeholder and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of network and VoIP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee network-related implementations such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and routing
- Manage VoIP solutions including IP telephony, SIP, call routing, and system migrations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
- Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct project meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Support change management and post-implementation handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of project management experience, preferably in network and/or VoIP environments
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and IP telephony/VoIP technologies
- Experience managing vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese (spoken and written); English required
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience working with telecom operators or system integrators
- Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Avaya, or other enterprise network/VoIP solutions
- Exposure to ITIL or service management environments
