HA Network Consultancy – Senior Project Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: managing projects under HA network, including but not limited to implementation, maintenance, migration, changeover etc. 

• Program Charter: Create a document that outlines the network program’s objectives, scope, stakeholders, and governance structure  

• Program Roadmap: Provides a high-level timeline that shows the major milestones and phases of the program  

• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS): Provides a detailed schedule that integrates all project timelines within the program  

• Risk Management Plan: Identification and analysis of program-level risks, along with strategies for mitigation  

• Stakeholder Engagement Plan: A plan for managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the program  

• Performance Metrics and KPIs: Key performance indicators and metrics to track the program’s progress and success  

• Program Status Reports: Regular reports that provide updates on the program’s progress, issues, and achievement  

Skills/Experience:

• Fluent in English & Cantonese is a MUST. 

• At least 15 years of project management experience and vendor management experience on infrastructure (Network) projects 

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external vendors 

• Good problem-solving skills 

• Team player 

• Proven track record of leading a project from initiation to project closure 

• Communication skill and details-oriented is preferred 

• Preferably PMP, PMI and ITIL certified
