Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning and Budget
- Design and execute quarterly marketing plan for Philippines aligned to Sales priorities covering all customer segments, focused partners and across Cisco portfolio of products
- Business partner for Country Manager and Segment Sales Leaders
- Management of country marketing budget and influencing Distributors’ share of marketing budget (DDI) to execute demand generation programs with Cisco.
- Close liaison with local finance organization to ensure compliance to fiscal and legal requirements
Programs and Demand Generation
- Design, create and deliver comprehensive demand generation programs with local Sales Managers and Channel Manager
- Local activation of Cisco standardized customer journeys through digital marketing, events, webinars, sponsorships, telemarketing, case studies and sourcing of local vendors where necessary, etc.
- Own the strategy for executing Cisco signature events in the territory working with the ASEAN marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Execute local components of marketing campaigns including event activity digital campaigns, channel marketing, tradeshows, etc.
- Drive marketing campaigns to support lead generation for the Sales segment business
- Support the execution of digital and social initiatives by working with the ASEAN Digital Marketing team
- Track market trends, drive Cisco Brand Awareness and thought Leadership initiatives in partnership with PR/Comms team
- Responsible for amplification of key messages across all platforms including Digital and social
Partner Marketing
- Negotiate joint marketing agreements with Partners and Distributors.
- Establish clear understanding and mapping of distribution and reseller in the marketing eco-system as well drive partner marketing plans working with the PAMs to optimise the MVF
- Establish cadence and structure for partner marketing plans for existing partners
Marketing Operations
- Track return on investment through closed-looped marketing, digital tagging technologies and other tools. Be responsible for effective hand-off to subsequent stages of the sales & marketing funnel, ensuring a positive customer journey/experience
- Manage and ensure timely and comprehensive marketing leads follow-up/tracking and reporting
- Provide regular reporting and track against performance goals of all marketing activities
- Develop extensive debriefs, make recommendations, and implement improvements
- Participate in team meetings and other cross-functional processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Strong collaborative teaming and consensus building abilities as well as proficiency in cross-discipline cooperation.
- Strong drive for results, good judgment and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Negotiation’s experience.
- Experience executing high-performing campaigns:
- Paid media, earned media and owned media
- Salesforce.com and Eloqua user experience is an added advantage
Basic Qualifications
- -10+ years of Marketing experience
- B.A. and MBA a plus
- Proficient in Tagalog and English
