Design, solution, implement, and operate modern software-defined WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructures using Cisco, Versa, Aruba, and similar technologies.
Identify, select, and deploy network solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
Lead medium to large-scale network deployments with hands-on execution, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
Align network operations with enterprise goals through ongoing improvements, optimization, and automation initiatives.
Proactively troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex network issues across SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, and related technologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of network projects.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership where applicable.
Ensure adherence to network standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
Apply innovative, outside-the-box thinking to address complex challenges in dynamic environments.
Skills/Experience:
Technical Skills
10+ years of experience in enterprise network design, deployment, and operations.
3+ years of experience in modern software-defined networking (SD-WAN, SD-LAN, cloud-based networks).
Advanced hands-on knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN (mandatory) and Versa Secure SD-WAN with medium to large-scale deployment experience.
Strong expertise in TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, MPLS, VxLAN, IPsec, QoS, GRE, and WAN/LAN protocols.
Working knowledge of WLAN, NGFW, NFV, SASE, and other modern SDN elements.
