Senior Consultant (CCIE / CCNP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full architecture ownership and governance across the customer environment, ensuring solution integrity, capacity planning, and availability management.
  • Lead life-cycle management and technology roadmap planning, focusing on solution innovation and long-term technical direction.
  • Assess new technologies, identify risks, and validate feasibility across technical, delivery, and operational dimensions.
  • Oversee quality assurance for all consulting deliverables, including assessments, high-level and low-level designs, and implementation work.
  • Lead the creation of technical documentation such as HLDs, LLDs, and migration plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
  • Ensure best practices, professional standards, and established methodologies are consistently applied across all engagements.
  • Contribute to knowledge management to support continuous improvement and organisational learning.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise and ensure proposed solutions are commercially and technically viable.
  • Provide governance and escalation support for deployment issues and work with product and service teams to address customer requirements.
  • Participate in tenders, proposals, and customer presentations, ensuring alignment to customer needs and solution compatibility.
  • Support the development of customer SLAs and provide advisory consulting services across digital, network, cloud, and security domains.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Present technical solutions confidently to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Identify new business opportunities within customer accounts and contribute to account growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior technical staff, supporting skills development and professional excellence.

Experience

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within telecom, IT, or related industries.
  • Strong background in architecture, consulting, and delivery of solutions across:
    • Network
    • Security
    • Infrastructure
    • Cloud
  • Experience supporting end-to-end customer engagements, including assessment, design, governance, and implementation oversight.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Juniper, Zscaler, Cisco).
  • Consulting or architecture certifications such as TOGAF (or equivalent) preferred.
