HA Consulting Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance network solutions (Intranet, Extranet, Internet, external zones).
• Develop network documentation including requirements, design diagrams, IP plans, specifications, security plans, implementation/testing, training, and support plans.
• Configure and optimize network systems for simplicity, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct performance assessments, identify bottlenecks, and create optimization plans.
• Implement bandwidth management, latency reduction strategies, QoS policies, and continuous traffic analysis.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies aligned with organizational policies and vision.
• Provide professional advice on network trends, innovations, and adoption strategies.
• Support project risk mitigation, review and certify MoPs, and validate vendor/partner deliverables.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major network incidents and ensure effective resolutions.

Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of network products (Cisco, Huawei, H3C).
• Hands-on experience in network architecture, design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with QoS, bandwidth management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with network configuration and integration of new technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical project experience in hospital or healthcare network environments (preferred).
