Lisa Lu graduated with a double major in Business administration and Human Resource Management from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in 2010. She joined MTS in 2014 and is one of the pioneer spearheading MTS businesses. Due to her outstanding performances, she has been awarded as a shareholder in MTS and Sales Director for MTS North Asia businesses. She has solid experience in international business, with over 12 years of working experience in the IT industry. Lisa speaks Chinese and English fluently.

Jeannie oversees the procurement and supply chain unit in MTS. She helped to establish the procurement department, formulating frameworks and expanded our supply chain network. She led the team to further streamline and optimize our engagements, leading to YoY cost savings. In 2018, Jeannie is appointed as the site leader for Shanghai, overseeing key operations and business development.

Prior to MTS, Jeannie works in various organization and was responsible for administration and business operations. She brings along with her solid experience of 15 years in business processes, procurement and supply chain management in the IT industry across Asia Pacific.

K.T. had profound experiences in full cycle of application development and maintenance, with engagement in industries of banking, insurance, manufacturing, trading, and public utilities. His interest is in the application of digitalization and artificial intelligence technology to enable a better business and personal environment under the globalization era. K.T. holds a Master Degree in Information Systems from the University of Technology Sydney.

During his seven years in MTS, Andy developed MTS businesses in multiple forefronts, doubling the revenue year-on-year, acquired more than 50 new logos, and expanded MTS direct footprint to 15 countries in Asia and the USA.

Andy has over 20 years of experience in the technology services industry and is a well-recognized individual by senior leaders of major multinationals. Prior to the founding of MTS, Andy took on various portfolios which includes COO of the Finecom Group in APAC, Hewlett Packard Account Director supporting USD 10 billion-dollar APAC business, led the IT domain for the HP/EDS USD13.9 billion business M&A and as Global Telecom Director supporting USD 2 Billion HP Contact Center Business Operations in APAC. Andy’s exposure in industry verticals ranges from public sector to finance and FMCG.
