Role Overview
Lead a team of network engineers while actively participating in the implementation of enterprise campus network projects. This hands-on role is responsible for network deployment, migration, configuration, testing, production cutover, and post-go-live support, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in compliance with technical, security, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead and participate in enterprise campus network deployment and migration projects.
·Install, configure, and troubleshoot Huawei/H3C switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
·Perform L2/L3 configuration, including VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, ACL, NAT, and firewall policies.
·Execute firmware upgrades, system optimization, network testing, UAT, and production cutover.
·Lead on-site implementation, equipment installation, rack & stack, cable routing, and commissioning.
·Coordinate with customers, Project Managers, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
·Allocate technical tasks, provide guidance to engineers, review technical deliverables, and mentor junior team members.
·Prepare implementation documentation, change records, test reports, and project status updates.
·Ensure compliance with corporate network standards, security policies, and change management procedures.
·Provide on-site support during project rollout, stabilization, and maintenance windows when required.
Requirements
·5+ years of enterprise campus network implementation and migration experience.
·Proven experience leading technical teams while remaining hands-on in project delivery.
·Strong hands-on experience with Huawei/H3C routing, switching, firewall, and wireless technologies.
·Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, ACL, NAT, VPN, QoS, and enterprise network security.
·Experience in on-site implementation, structured cabling, rack & stack, cable management, and low-voltage (ELV) infrastructure is highly preferred.
·Strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.
·Willing to support occasional after-hours or weekend implementation activities.
