Description

  • Provide technical support to partners and/or customers for Cisco technologies, products, and/or solutions.
  • Provide implementation and troubleshooting for enterprise customers.
  • Share knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database.
  • Escalate some specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product enhancement.
  • Work closely with his/her colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Both Chinese & English business level in verbal and written.
  • Bachelor+ degree in a technical field (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
  • 2 to 5 years technical support experience in IT related area
  • Commitment and ability to resolve complex technical problems, multitask, and be dedicated to customer success
  • Innate crisis management skills and ability to handle critical customer issues/problems
  • Experience interacting with customer or in a client facing role.
  • Able to understand and deliver services which are provided on a 24×7 basis

  • 技术专业本科以上学历(计算机科学或工程专业优先考虑)。
  • 合格候选人必须具备局域网交换机产品、RP 和路由器等方面的产品知识和故障排除技能。
  • 2 至 5 年 IT 相关领域的技术支持经验
  • 能够理解并提供7*24全天候服务。
  • 有与客户互动或面向客户的工作经验。
