RE and FM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office administration: reception, security, building services.
  • Office facilities: repair and regular maintenance.
  • Office projects: renovation and moving.
  • Office space planning, inventory control, budgeting, Business Continuity Plan as well as health and safety for all employees.
  • Co-work with regional team and support further real estate work including workplace strategic analysis, new office project review etc.
  • Work closely with finance team to ensure all PO/Payment process submit on time.
  • Take lead for the health and safety management work such as manager the environment, energy saving work, security safety in all office area.
  • Handle with all compliance case and timely monitor the emergency case escalation and report submission process smoothly for any facilities service case.
  • Ensure company operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Other and hoc tasks/projects/reports/analysis whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management related major.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, from a global company is preferable related working experience in administration project management, facility management, etc., Party B on site is preferred.
  • Expert communication, coordination and organization skills.
  • Familiar with Office software, such as World, Excel, PPT, etc
