Project Manager-Network Infrastructure

We are seeking a Network Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of network infrastructure projects across the organization. This role requires strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of IT networking, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Network Infrastructure Management
  • Oversee design, implementation, and upgrades of LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud networking solutions.
  • Ensure network infrastructure meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and integration.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT leadership, business units, and external partners.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to organizational IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement best practices for network security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in network infrastructure projects.
  • Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CCNP/CCNA, or equivalent.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
