Service Delivery Engineer -Voice

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building a personal relationship with key client staff;
  • Successful Service Delivery;
  • SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen;
  • Building service reports;
  • Technical documents update and arrangement.
  • Internal technical training to team and self-study for new technical and product
  • Service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings;
  • Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction
  • Looking out for client’s and MTS long term interests;
  • Following up if service delivery is not meeting expectations;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiar with Avaya product line, 3-5 years of experience of Avaya product,
  • Experienced in handling integration projects independently, including but not limited to AVAYA CM+ AES + AACC+ AAEP + CMS platform,If you have sbce, equinox Implementation experience, it will be also fine
  • Solid skills in troubleshooting, familiar with H.323,SIP protocol,
  • Being able to work under pressure,
  • Avaya certificate is plus, such as ACIS or the higher ones..
  • Should have done Avaya implementation and configuration of AAEP, AACC, POD etc.
  • Avaya media-gateway configuration
  • Avaya media-gateway firmware upgrade
  • Installing and administration of SMGR/SM
  • Installing and configuring AAMS
