REQUIREMENTS
Familiar with Avaya product line, 3-5 years of experience of Avaya product,
Experienced in handling integration projects independently, including but not limited to AVAYA CM+ AES + AACC+ AAEP + CMS platform,If you have sbce, equinox Implementation experience, it will be also fine
Solid skills in troubleshooting, familiar with H.323,SIP protocol,
Being able to work under pressure,
Avaya certificate is plus, such as ACIS or the higher ones..
Should have done Avaya implementation and configuration of AAEP, AACC, POD etc.
