Network Engineer – Millennium Technology Services

Implement, configure, upgrade and migrate network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and related network devices across H3C, Huawei, Cisco and other major vendors.
Perform network operations and maintenance, including device monitoring, configuration backup, performance optimization and routine health checks.
Troubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, VPN, firewall policies, QoS and network connectivity, and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
Support network implementation, migration, testing and acceptance activities, including CPE, connectivity, QoS, traceroute and iPerf testing.
Work closely with customers, project teams and overseas service providers to clarify technical requirements, resolve network incidents and provide technical solutions.
Prepare implementation plans, testing and acceptance reports, troubleshooting records and other technical documentation. Participate in scheduled night-time maintenance, network changes and cutover activities when required.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related discipline.
5+ years of professional experience in network engineering, implementation, operations and maintenance, or technical support.
Strong hands-on experience with H3C, Huawei, Cisco and/or Juniper network equipment.
Solid knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, VPN and QoS.
Proven experience in network deployment, equipment replacement, migration, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
Experience in telecommunications networks, international customers, overseas projects or cross-border network connectivity is highly desirable.
Professional certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, H3CSE, HCIP or equivalent are highly desirable.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel and participate in occasional night-time maintenance or network cutover activities when required.
