About the Role
As a Network Consulting Engineer (NCE) at MTS, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cutting-edge network infrastructure across large-scale enterprise environments. Your deep experience with Cisco SDA, SDWAN, Wireless, DNAC, and Catalyst Center will be key in helping our clients modernize and secure their IT ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise campus and data center network solutions, including SDA/DNAC, SDWAN, and wireless infrastructure
- Produce scalable network architecture designs for complex enterprise environments
- Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, staging, implementation, testing, migration, and handover
- Build and simulate test environments to validate designs and resolve integration challenges
- Deliver remote and on-site deployment support, Day-2 incident troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Provide consulting across Enterprise Security (FW/FPR, ISE, DUO, SSE, WSA, etc.), UCS compute, and HyperFlex systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise solutions
- Deep technical knowledge and project experience in:
- Cisco SDA/DNAC, Wireless, Catalyst Center, and ISE
- Cisco SDWAN (vManage, vSmart, vBond, vEdge, OMP, policy configuration, ZTP)
- Cisco Data Center technologies (ACI, Nexus, NDI/NDFC, UCS, HyperFlex, Nutanix)
- Enterprise Security solutions (Firepower, ISE, SNA, DUO, WSA, ESA)
- Catalyst & Nexus Switches (3560–9000 series, 7K/5K Nexus)
- Experience in Day-2 support, with L1–L3 troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong lab simulation and validation skills
- Effective communication and consulting skills with client-facing experience
- CCIE certification is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage
