About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and help drive operational excellence within Cisco’s Commerce Operations (CO) organization. This role is essential in delivering impactful advisory services to customers, partners, and sales teams across Cisco’s product, services, and software commerce processes.
Language Requirement: Fluent in Japanese and English
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong client relationships to align operational efforts with business goals and customer priorities.
- Experience Design: Develop and execute operational plans tailored to improve client productivity, profitability, and experience.
- Advisory & Enablement: Advocate for and implement improvements in processes, tools, and support models that enhance client experience and self-sufficiency.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify operational gaps and propose solutions to drive automation, simplification, and productivity.
- Change Communication: Keep clients informed and engaged on operational processes and business transformation updates.
- Data & Metrics: Analyze and present key performance metrics using dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic roles
- Deep understanding of operational processes, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Proven experience preparing executive-level dashboards and operational reviews
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience managing escalations
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is required
- Familiarity with Partner/Distributor/Customer structures and requirements is a plus
