shifts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are building an on-site Data Centre Operations team for a new IDC managed-services project in Navi Mumbai.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Data Centre Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 7 years of data-centre or infrastructure operations experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading an on-site technical operations team<\/li>\n<li>Strong service-management, reporting and customer communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of incident, problem, change and escalation management<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage shift rosters, SLA performance, operational reporting and vendor coordination<\/li>\n<li>ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L2 Data Centre Engineer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20135 years of hands-on data-centre operations experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting servers, storage and network equipment<\/li>\n<li>Able to perform hardware troubleshooting, parts replacement, rack-and-stack and structured cabling<\/li>\n<li>Basic network troubleshooting, console connection and link-status checking<\/li>\n<li>Experience with OS installation, IP configuration and remote-hands support<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle incidents independently and coordinate with remote L3 teams or vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L1 Data Centre Technician\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20133 years of data-centre, infrastructure or hardware-support experience<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with rack-and-stack, cabling and equipment installation<\/li>\n<li>Able to replace basic hardware components and connect power, network and console cables<\/li>\n<li>Experience maintaining asset records, work logs and equipment movement documentation<\/li>\n<li>Willing to learn and work under the guidance of L2 engineers and the Team Lead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide 24\u00d77 on-site IDC operations and remote-hands support<\/li>\n<li>Install, remove, restart and replace servers, network equipment and hardware components<\/li>\n<li>Perform rack-and-stack, cabling, patching and equipment interconnection<\/li>\n<li>Support OS installation, IP configuration and management-card setup<\/li>\n<li>Assist with console access and execute approved scripts or instructions<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity and cabling issues<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with customers, remote engineers and third-party vendors<\/li>\n<li>Maintain asset inventory and inbound\/outbound equipment records<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections and promptly escalate incidents<\/li>\n<li>Prepare work logs, incident reports and operational documentation<\/li>\n<li>Follow all authorization, security, safety and change-control procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA or server-hardware certifications are advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, documentation and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work on-site in Rabale, Navi Mumbai<\/li>\n<li>Must be legally authorised to work in
