Role Overview<\/p>\n
Lead a team of network engineers while actively participating in the implementation of enterprise campus network projects. This hands-on role is responsible for network deployment, migration, configuration, testing, production cutover, and post-go-live support, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in compliance with technical, security, and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\u00b7Lead and participate in enterprise campus network deployment and migration projects.
\n\u00b7Install, configure, and troubleshoot Huawei\/H3C switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
\n\u00b7Perform L2\/L3 configuration, including VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, ACL, NAT, and firewall policies.
\n\u00b7Execute firmware upgrades, system optimization, network testing, UAT, and production cutover.
\n\u00b7Lead on-site implementation, equipment installation, rack & stack, cable routing, and commissioning.
\n\u00b7Coordinate with customers, Project Managers, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
\n\u00b7Allocate technical tasks, provide guidance to engineers, review technical deliverables, and mentor junior team members.
\n\u00b7Prepare implementation documentation, change records, test reports, and project status updates.
\n\u00b7Ensure compliance with corporate network standards, security policies, and change management procedures.
\n\u00b7Provide on-site support during project rollout, stabilization, and maintenance windows when required.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\n\u00b75+ years of enterprise campus network implementation and migration experience.
\n\u00b7Proven experience leading technical teams while remaining hands-on in project delivery.
\n\u00b7Strong hands-on experience with Huawei\/H3C routing, switching, firewall, and wireless technologies.
\n\u00b7Solid knowledge of TCP\/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, ACL, NAT, VPN, QoS, and enterprise network security.
\n\u00b7Experience in on-site implementation, structured cabling, rack & stack, cable management, and low-voltage (ELV) infrastructure is highly preferred.
\n\u00b7Strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.
