Operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as the primary technical point of contact for storage-related issues onsite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise storage systems (Pure Storage and related infrastructure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform health checks, firmware upgrades, patching, and system optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot incidents, performance bottlenecks, and system alerts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure storage availability, performance, and reliability meet SLA requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Incident &amp; Problem Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle L1\/L2\/L3 troubleshooting and coordinate with vendor TAC when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide preventive recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain incident reports and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Infrastructure &amp; Integration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support integration with:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o SAN\/NAS environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o VMware \/ Hyper-V virtualization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o Backup &amp; Disaster Recovery solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o Servers and network infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in change management activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Stakeholder &amp; Service Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with customer IT team and internal service delivery team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical advisory and best practice recommendations.Job Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare monthly service reports and attend review meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with security and operational policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong hands-on experience in enterprise storage administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience supporting Pure Storage solutions is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o SAN (FC\/iSCSI) architecture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o RAID concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o Storage replication &amp; snapshot technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o Virtualization platforms (VMware preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o Backup solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with monitoring tools and ITSM systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7-10 years of experience in storage\/system engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in SI \/ Managed Services \/ Enterprise data center environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in SLA-driven support environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendor certifications are an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soft Skills &amp;
