Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans for Thailand aligned with sales priorities and Ciscoβs portfolio.
- Partner with Country Manager and Segment Sales Leaders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the country marketing budget and optimize partner contra funds for demand generation programs.
Programs & Demand Generation
- Design and deliver demand generation programs with local sales and channel teams.
- Plan and execute Cisco signature events locally in collaboration with ASEAN marketing and sales teams.
- Execute local components of marketing campaigns including events, digital campaigns, channel marketing, and tradeshows.
- Drive campaigns to support lead generation and collaborate with ASEAN Digital Marketing on digital/social initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, and drive Cisco brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives with PR/Comms teams.
Partner Marketing
- Negotiate joint marketing agreements with partners and distributors.
- Develop and execute partner marketing plans, optimizing contra funds and mapping the marketing ecosystem.
- Establish structured cadence for ongoing partner marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Track ROI through closed-loop marketing and ensure timely follow-up on marketing leads.
- Monitor performance of marketing activities, provide regular reporting, and implement improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to operational excellence.
Skills/Experience:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally with B.A. (MBA a plus).
- Strong ability to strategize and execute in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proven track record in designing and executing high-performing campaigns and events.
- Exceptional communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships, influence partners, and establish credibility with executives.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
