Lead, manage and implement end-to-end projects related to IT Infrastructure according to project governance
Running the project management office & administration in Infrastructure PM team
Perform project management dashboard including regular project reporting
Tracking and manage budget planning and utilization including payment related tasks to our planning team and vendor
Tracking and manage resource plan and utilization including resource hiring coordination
Facilitate project meeting including preparing agenda, meeting minutes, following up on action items
Work and collaborate under the guidance of other members to assist project delivery aligns with the established schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
At least 5-10 years of experience in PMO and/or project management within the banking or IT infrastructure sectors.
Able to speak Japanese
Familiarity with vendor management processes and practices.
Familiar with budget & financial management
Knowledge and practice of resource management
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially presentation to senior management Good to have:
PM or PMO certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of IT Security, Risk Management, and Security Controls.
ITIL Certification or familiarity with IT service management processes.
Awareness of IT regulations applicable in APAC countries.
